With the addition of the UH-1 to our helicopter fleet Pollux Aviation Ltd. is now available for all your resource management needs. The UH-1 "super B" is capable of lifting 2500 + lbs. of water, retardent, logs, supersacks, waste, lumber, and most other things that we can safely attach to the hook. We utilize a Cloud-Burst water bucket for our fire suppresion giving us a controllable 350 u.s. gallons of water to dispense accuratley on the target zone. Our remote hook allows us to sling lumber or other types of loads in an effecient manner without needing any personnel at the drop zone.
